Tomasz and his team of builders are excellent. They were drafted in at short notice as our previous builders let us down badly.
All the team were efficient, friendly and very professional. We were kept informed throughout of what would be happening and when, which is really important, especially when the process is pretty stressful.
They knocked through our side return and built a wonderful new kitchen and managed to build a downstairs loo in a very small space. They also created a new bedroom and bathroom at the top of our house. We absolutely love what they have done and are really happy in our new space.
Tomasz and his colleagues always responded quickly to our enquiries and ensured that all the snagging was done. Any small issues that have arisen since they did the work have been dealt with quickly and efficiently.

I’ve had extensive building, decorating and refurbishment work done on my house by TMB in the past two years. They renovated a bedroom and bathroom in 2017 and in 2018 built an extension, built a new bathroom and redecorated two floors of my house. Much of the work was complex and involved careful planning and work with architects, structural engineers and designers. I can say sincerely that this building firm conducted the work to the highest standards and I am really happy with the outcome. In addition, the works were completed on time and on budget. The team at TMB were very responsive and the workers in my house polite and respectful. In any large project, some things will go wrong and I was most impressed at how Tomasz and the team responded and resolved issues both large and small when they did inevitably arise.

Tomasz and his team rescued us when our contractor and our architect dropped us, unable to identify the source of leaks in a basement. Tomasz agreed to take over the work, priced it very reasonably and delivered a best in class outcome. They managed to fix the leaks in a record period of time when so many experts had failed beforehand. So we asked them to extend the scope of work and refurbish the entire house. They also made brilliant architectural and design suggestions which made us wonder what was the actual value add delivered by an architect and a contractor.

T&M Building System ltd carried out work in my 100-year-old flat in mid-2015 - and I am still very pleased with the results!
The project involved altering the lay-out; removing corner chimney breasts and putting in appropriate lintels and ventilation; installing new bathroom and kitchen; with much improved plumbing and lighting; and decorating throughout, all in a very confined space. They discussed the plans carefully in advance, listened to and acted on my concerns , estimated the costs and the time required accurately, and generally managed the project well, The various trades- and crafts-men seemed properly skilled; were always courteous to deal with; worked efficiently - and miraculously did not annoy my neighbours during the 8 weeks of noise and dirt. The whole process was less stressful than feared; I was lucky to find the firm and have them undertake this work.
